Mudge (Chairman) is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of Logan Aluminum in Russellville, KY, and the former Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Commonwealth Aluminum in Louisville, KY. He served as first Secretary of the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet under Governor Paul Patton. Mr. Mudge joined R. J. Corman in 1999. |

Tammie L. Taylor (President, R.J. Corman Railroad Group, LLC) has responsibilities for overseeing the operations of R.J. Corman Railroad Group, which encompasses Derailment Services, Construction, Aircraft Maintenance, Material Sales, Shortlines, Distribution Centers, Switching, Storm Team, My Old Kentucky Dinner Train and Equipment Rental. Ms. Taylor joined R.J. Corman in 1984. Ms. Taylor started the Material Sales Company in 1995 that supplied Conrail with full service management and distribution of their track and mechanical materials. |

Mike Hahn (Vice President of Operations) has responsibilities for overseeing the Construction Company and Derailment Services. Mike has been employed by R.J. Corman for 22 years. Mike most recently served as Vice President of Derailment Services where he was responsible for the general management and direction of all daily activities of the Derailment Company. |

Nathan Henderson (Vice President of Operations) has responsibilities for the Material Sales Company, Aircraft Maintenance, and Government Relations. Nathan joined R. J. Corman in January, 2011 after 14 years of railroad experience with CSX Transportation. |

Noel Rush (Vice President, Finance and Administration, R. J. Corman Railroad Group, LLC) is responsible for managing the Finance Department, including risk management, asset management, purchasing and legal issues. He is also responsible for Storm Team emergency response.
Mr. Rush previously had operational responsibility for the Derailment Services Company. He joined R. J. Corman in 1997. Before that, Mr. Rush was Vice President and Director of railroad finance for National City Bank of Kentucky. |

Regina McKee (Vice President of People Services) has responsibilities for People Services, which oversees Safety, DOT, Health and Wellness, the Management Training Program, Recruiting/Hiring, Employee Training and Project Management. Regina joined R.J. Corman in 2008 as the Quality Project Manager where she was responsible for project management and driving continuous improvement utilizing TQM principles. |

Joe is a 36 year veteran in the railroad industry, Joe Sessa began his career with the Reading Railroad in 1973. He has held various positions in the Engineering and The Materials and Purchasing Departments with Conrail. Prior to his retirement in 2009 he was Director of Material and Roadway Assets with Conrail Shared Assets. |

Jim Oaks retired from CSX Transportation, Inc., as Assistant Vice President - Coal Development after 44 years of service in various capacities. He is an AREMA Committee One member; serves on the Board of Directors for Lynch Consulting Group and serves on the Cumberland College Board of Trustees. Mr. Oaks is a member of the Pittsburgh Traffic Club, CSX Capitol Connections and Leadership Kentucky Alumni Association. *working committee |

Phil Ogden began his railroad career with the former Southern Railway, and after 37 years and a number of different positions, retired from Norfolk Southern as Senior Vice President of Engineering . He has served as President of AREA and AREMA and presently serves as Chairman/ Director of Global Railway Board and as Director of Bankhead Railway Engineering. *working committee |

Richard Pyson began work with the Pennsylvania Railroad in 1965 and worked in various positions of increasing responsibility with Conrail. Prior to retirement in 1996 he served in the Engineering Department as Vice President Engineering, and in the Transportation Department as Vice President Transportation, and worked with the Vice President of Strategic Planning evaluating potential acquisition properties. |

Yvan Caffari, born and raised in Lausanne, Switzerland, worked ten years in West Africa and in Lagos & Kano, Nigeria in various technical customer service, sales and general management positions. After his work in Africa he returned to Switzerland where in early 1969, he joined the railway track manufacturer MATISA, from which he retired as Vice President of Marketing where he was responsible for world wide sales. He then was President of the MATISA Pension Fund, covering all company employees, active and retired, a post he relinquished in May 2006. Yvan Caffari served eight years on the Executive Committee of Swissrail, Swiss Railway Exporters Association, two years as the President of the organization. |

Bill Wimmer was Railway Age's 2007 Railroader of the Year, and joined the R. J. Corman Board of Directors in December 2009. Mr. Wimmer began his fifty-one year railroad career with Chicago Northwestern Railway in 1957, where he advanced to Division Engineer. In 1974 he went to work for Union Pacific Railroad where he retired in July 2008. Over his thirty plus years at Union Pacific, he held a variety of positions that lead to Vice President of Operations. Throughout Mr. Wimmer's career he has shared his vast railroad experience and remains a member of many railroad industry associations and committees. |
