Our program is specifically designed to provide recently graduated professionals with an all-encompassing understanding of every aspect of our company and the services we specialize in. 

Over the course of 12 to 18 months, you will be fully immersed in a dynamic learning experience that involves rotational assignments in various business units, each lasting 2-to-3-months.

You'll tackle real-world challenges, make decisions, and collaborate with diverse teams.This hands-on exposure will sharpen your skills, expand your horizons, and prepare you for a potential leadership role within our organization. Management trainees who successfully complete the program, are typically offered one or more positions within the company.
