Application for Right of Entry on Railroad Property

ENTRY ON THE PROPERTY IS NOT ALLOWED UNTIL YOU HAVE AN EXECUTED AGREEMENT. 

This application is used to request permission to enter R. J. Corman railroad property for inspections, surveys, investigations, engineering activities, sampling, staging, or other approved project-related activities. Required items: 

  • Map/drawing of entire area to be accessed, including point of access and activity location
  • Entry Permit Application Fee ($650) 

No entry is authorized until the Entry Permit is executed, fees are paid, insurance certificates are provided, and work is scheduled with the Railroad Manager.
