R. J. Corman Expands Industrial Development Reach Through LocationOne Platform

R. J. Corman Railroad Company is expanding the reach of its industrial development efforts through a new partnership with Strata Platforms, making its portfolio of rail-accessible properties available on the LocationOne property marketplace.

“This partnership is an important step in expanding how we connect our rail-accessible properties with the broader market,” said Jake Weir, Sr. Director of Industrial Development at R. J. Corman Railroad Company. “By integrating our property portfolio into LocationOne, we are increasing visibility among site selectors and customers, while continuing to support our partners with high-quality data and clear access to opportunities across our network.”

LocationOne is designed to help economic development organizations, utilities, railroads, and other partners showcase available sites and buildings within a centralized platform that makes property information easier to search and evaluate.

R. J. Corman’s Industrial Development team already maintains a comprehensive database of rail-served sites and buildings, supported by GIS mapping tools and detailed property information. This partnership builds on those existing capabilities by extending that information into a broader marketplace, increasing exposure while maintaining consistency and accuracy across platforms.

Systems like LocationOne are used within the rail and economic development industries to support site marketing and business attraction efforts. By participating in this marketplace, R. J. Corman is aligning with tools that help connect communities, infrastructure providers, and businesses pursuing new investment opportunities.
