On June 29th, the American Short Line and Regional Railroad Association (ASLRRA) announced that 13 R. J. Corman short lines were winners of Jake Awards for their above-industry average safety performance during 2021.  

R. J. Corman Railroad Company, LLC Awarded CRISI Grant for Central Kentucky Lines

NICHOLASVILLE, Ky - R. J. Corman Railroad Company was awarded a Consolidated Rail Infrastructure and Safety Improvements (CRISI) grant by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) that will benefit the R. J. Corman Central Kentucky Lines (RJCC).

The CRISI Program is a Federal DOT funding initiative for projects that improve railroad safety, efficiency, and reliability. Through this grant, the R. J. Corman Railroad Company will receive a total of $7,380,600 in funds.

NICHOLASVILLE, Ky – R. J. Corman Railroad Group, LLC announces Yvan Caffari's retirement from the Board of Directors after a fruitful tenure with the company of more than 15 years. Mr. Caffari joined the R. J. Corman Board of Directors in 2006, where his background, expertise, and counsel played a significant role in growing and developing the company’s operations.
