R. J. Corman is excited to welcome eight new interns to the team for the summer of 2026. These talented individuals join the organization from a wide range of academic backgrounds and will gain hands-on experience across several departments while contributing fresh perspectives and ideas.
The interns officially kicked off their first day on June 1st with a guided tour of the Nicholasville campus and shops, where they explored the operations that support the organization.
Throughout the day, the group participated in an orientation that provided an overview of R. J. Corman and its family of companies. Interns were introduced to key concepts that help shape the organization, including our Big Rocks, Leadership Models, and the R. J. Corman Wheel.
The interns also had the opportunity to attend a meet and greet with President & CEO Justin Broyles, who welcomed them to the company and shared insight on making the most of their experience this summer.
Following orientation, the interns connected with their respective departments to begin their work and continue learning more about their roles.
We are proud to have this group join us and look forward to the impact they will make during their time at R. J. Corman.
