R. J. Corman’s Central Kentucky Lines and Memphis Line are the recipients of ASLRRA President’s Awards! The Central Kentucky Lines won 2 awards for the Southern Region: 1) Most Hours of Injury-Free Operation and 2) Best Safety Rate for 150,000 to 250,000 Man-Hours Worked. The Memphis Line won Best Safety Rate for 50,000 to 150,000 Man-Hours Worked.

R. J. Corman Switching Company, LLC was awarded the contract to be the switching and transloading provider for the 137-acre multi-modal Hempstead Logistics Park owned by McAlister Assets and operated by RCR Rail Co (rcrrailco.com). The Union Pacific-served logistics park is in Hempstead, TX, approximately 50 miles northwest of Houston, TX.
Today, R. J. Corman hosted some very special guests for a tour of the Nashville & Eastern Railroad Corporation (NERR). Guests included State Representative Clark Boyd, State Representative Terri Lynn Weaver, State Senator Mark Pody, Wilson County Mayor Randall Hutto, Ryan Swindell from the TN Short Line Alliance, Lebanon Wilson County Chamber of Commerce President Melanie Minter, and Wesley Stout from Vulcan Materials Company. The tour included the Lebanon, TN yard, passenger cars, and yard office. Our visitors were able to see and learn more about R. J.
